If we purchase the Excel Gold version, does Pralana provide free update for the future years (Ex: With updated tax table, IRMAA table....etc.)
@girivani1 No. An upgraded model of Pralana Gold is released on an annual basis and it contains the tax tables, IRMAA tables, etc., for the new year, as well as new features, and those updates have historically sold for $49 to users who stay current. Updates issued during the year to correct any errors that are discovered are available at no additional cost. At this point, Pralana Gold is a mature product and future enhancements will be minimal, but we do intend to maintain it and continue selling it with annual updates to the tax tables with the same cost as before. Pralana Gold will be replaced by Pralana Online as our flagship model starting later this summer. It will be web-based, and initially contain the same functionality as Pralana Gold, but will be enhanced regularly going forward and will be sold as a subscription.
