Hello all,
Does it possible to create custom chart and resulting table for online version?
For Excel Gold version?
I'd like to have stacked chart for NIIT, IRMAA, Fed, State, LTCG with ability to turn on and off any to see total per year.
I'd like to see compound for each above for specific scenario as well.
Thanks

Neither Online nor I think gold has the ability to have a custom stacked taxation chart, nor tax charts you can turn parts on and off.
There are fixed tax charts for:
- Stacked Federal + State + Payroll FICA + Payroll Medicare (i.e. total tax).
- Ordinary income as it cuts across the tax brackets.
- Taxable income vs LTCG brackets, with LTCG stacked on top of ordinary income.
- Medicare MAGI vs the IRMAA brackets.
- Non-stacked key inputs to tax calculations for AGI, Deductions, State tax, Fed tax, Reportable Capital gains, Depreciation recapture.
You could of course download the tabular taxation reports in excel, and create a custom chart fairly easily if you know excel.
@mikepr Setting aside the fact that you can export and create your own chart, making a stacked bar chart that has different segments for federal income tax, NIIT and LTCG (and you didn't mention AMT) would be double counting these items as they are all included in the federal income tax liability.
What would make sense to me is to show a stacked bar chart with segments for Fed, state, local and FICA/Medicare wage taxes (which Pralana Online currently has) and maybe add IRMAA to it. While not classified as a 'tax', IRMAA is indeed a government collection of money from you.
Perhaps I should add an option on the Tax By Type bar chart to include IRMAA.
Are there AGI and MAGI stackable charts to understand what and how impacts those?
To narrow down to appropriate contributor for optimization?
tnx
