I'm running Excel 2016 (version 16.16) and am seeing the screen flash during imports and exports before finally coming back to the Home page. The import and export operations appear to complete normally but this is bothersome and seems like a problem with the tool. Is there indeed a problem with the tool or my system configuration?

There are a couple of known quirks with Excel 2016 for Macs for which there is no solution:
- During exports the top portion of the screen and a few of the fields beneath the red line go white and then reappear when the export completes.
- During imports the upper one third of the screen goes white and then reappears when the import completes.
Fortunately, this is just aesthetic; the imports and exports work correctly.
