A week ago I ported an export file from PRC2023 to PRC2024, made my updates, and successfully ran analysis and reports. I then updated the export file and exited.

Today I tried to use that export file and nothing worked. Trying to update the export file with new data entry received the attached error 13. See attachment.

After a reboot and restart, I tried to run an analysis and it wouldn't complete. Nothing was graphed at all.

I'm using PRC2024.2.3.3

Excel Version 16.89.1 (24091630)

Mac Sonoma 14.0 (M1 2020)

Basically, I have not been able to get a good repeatable analysis for 2yrs. Last year there was some error introduced where it appeared to duplicate my expenses twice. I took the last export file from 2022 and ported it to 2023 without changes. That worked. I then ported it to 2024 and that worked.

It was after making many data updates (expenses, account values) where things got erratic.

please advise as this is currently unusable.

@frisch66 Hi Frank, I've tried to replicate this on my Mac but it seems to be working fine. Would you please send me a copy of the export file that you updated in PRC2024 that's not working for you? My address is: mail@pralanaconsultig.com. Thanks!
