How-do-I Do a Particular Thing in PRC?

On the Expenses->Property tab, you can enter one improvement per property - year and amount. PRC adds this to the property value. If there's more than one, I suppose they can just be added together, but it would have to be in the same year. If the client wants to list a few of them in different years, is there any other impact, other than the value of the property, if they just do it in the Miscellaneous tab?

No, I think use of the Miscellaneous tab is probably the best alternative.
