For you guys that only do Vanguard type Index funds or ETFs (no individual stocks nor AUM nor major ongoing Financial Planner expense, what figure do you use? A ballpark ER, so for example the ER for Vanguard's Total Stock Market ETF (VTI) is 0.03% , just assume they are all reasonably close to that? Say 0.03% to 0.05%, pick 0.04%? Thank you.

Hi Jo G, I don't bother with it, since it's already factored into the projected return on the stock (VTI, VXUS) and fixed income (VGIT, BNDX) funds.
