On Jan 10, 2025 from about 7:45pm until 11:00pm ET, there was a service failure at the vendor that provides secure single sign-on authentication between pralanaretirementcalculator.com and pralana.online.
The vendor resolved the issue Friday evening and login capability is restored.
yes, I am getting that error. I am trying to access the on-line version on my travel laptop (traveling Monday). my home laptop maintained my log in, and I could get in, but after I logged out, could not log back in, on either machine. If that info is of any interest or help
Jan 31, 2025 11am ET: Login is unavailable again due to the same issue with this vendor. We are working with them to resolve it.
Update: This issue was resolved around 12:40pm ET. My apologies to those affected. We had a zoom meeting with the vendor's tech support and think we have the issue permanently resolved.
